The retail advisors here are not pushy and very experienced in product recommendations. They have on hand, the lastest range, some of which are available for testing in-house.

Went for free samples.
Unlikely other skincare store, the staff here let me feel like they don't need new customer ? I was there literally just to receive sample. No bond between staff and customer.
Without a good communication, I don't think customer will come back if they think the product are good to purchase.
Maybe another branch will do.
