β β β β β My package stuck at Cheras Hub for 9 days already and counting, before they send within 3 to 4 days now i don't know what happen. With the picture given by other reviewer no wonder with all the missing and misplace packages and without care. The place does not look organise at all, it look more like a recycling or a factory. The company need to look into this on why this is happening, they need to stop their service first and do something about it and get it organise first.

β β β β β Don't know why always holding people parcel and didn't ship out. Dont call shopee express la call shopee lambat la. Others courier company able to ship out within 3 working days and shopee express take more than that. Focusing the consumers to use it and can't even provide good service

β β β β β The Cheras Hub doesn't exist here anymore. I want to pick up my parcels since it's been stuck for a week. I read other people reviews also said the same. Don't know why so many parcels stuck. There's no lockdown anymore
Okay I contacted the courier, they say they moved to Chan Sow Lin, so they're many messy things

β β β β β My Parcel arrived at Cheras HUB 4-5 days, they didnt sent out yet. And I went to their warehouse, even cant self-collect!! They not allow us to self collect and no deliver the parcels to us. I went to their ware house and back home with an empty hand. Is that a Joke!? If Shopee cant do well the delivery service, please closed it and use other company.

β β β β β Worst service ever shopeexpress.. especially this cheras hub . Since 28/3/2022 until now 3/4/2022 bulan puasa they still no delivery attempt made. Call shopee & they ask me request return refund item not received. Very bad. At least J&T allow self pick up if let's say item late to be delivered. I believe Shopeexpress management of parcel is poor. Learn from J&T, DHL or poslaju. Much more efficient and can receive parcel within 2-3days max

β β β β β Parcel took 3 days to deliver from logistic center to this Cheras Hub. Later, it was "stored" here for 5 days. Well, there is shopee support, but definitely useless for asking customer to request refund. I'm just asking the status as I need to see which day to be home to avoid second attempt. They replied without putting effort on helping the customer. Still waiting the "freeze" delivery status to move on

β β β β β Same experience with many other users here, SPX kept holding onto my parcels and it's been more than one week since it's been held at the Cheras Hub. I filed a complaint to MCMC, reported to Shopee - they advised to select return/refund to ensure the money doesn't go through the seller and also to wait for their response regarding the delivery.
However, I am quite impatient, I searched high and low for the new Cheras Hub location since this one no longer exists as a SPX Hub. I found on Facebook that they have now linked with Chow Kit Hub and the new location is at "MST Industrial System Sdn Bhd" (can just direct Google this location).
All the abang abang at this hub are very nice and friendly and despite the lack of manpower they have now they are still willing to assist you in finding your parcels. I hope this helps everyone who has trouble with their parcels ??

β β β β β Shopee Cheras Hub looks like a recycling collection centre. Tens of thousands of parcels on the floor. Parcels are handled poorly without care.
Don't waste your time going here thinking they will find your parcel. Workers are nice but it's beyond their control.
What I don't understand why Shopee Express didn't use other delivery partners if the are overwhelmed? My parcels is stuck for days at their warehouse.

Lot 54A, Section 92A, Batu, 1/2, Jln Sungai Besi, 57100 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.
Apparently they just moved here.
