★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they move to new location 43, Jalan SILC 2/14, 79200 Gelang Patah, Johor. no phone number to contact. and if you come to collect the parcel, they wont let you collect parcel, because this place was so un-organized. piles of parcel everywhere. no wonders if your parcel is misplaced on missing peeps!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked around and managed to find the right location. Apparently the address provided here is invalid/old address. They moved to another place near J&T Express Johor - SILC Gelang Patah. You can google it. If you can find the J&T, you can find it. But if your parcel has been stucked for a while, self collect seems to be impossible since your parcel possibly inside the mountain of other undelivered parcels. So they would just ask you to wait until they clear the parcels. But you can try your luck. I hope this is helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wow , so shock after read all the review here ! yes its happend to me now , i order from shoppee at 16/04 seller already ship out by next day , parcel arrive at hub on 19/04 . and now already 21/04 but still haven't received my parcel ?????? i got 3 item should be deliver by shopee courier , now its stuck at hub only ! really disspointed !! one of my item status was on delivery yestarday , ive been waitng since morning untll night , suddenly it change to "reschedule" ??? when i ask shopee agent , they said i must wait untill delivery estimate date ? very funny !! you all will makes other seller bankruot because of ur bad service !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if can vote -ve i will do it. my parcel failed to deliver on 1st delivery, they should manage 2nd delivery, but it had been more than one week they dint manage 2nd delivery. When call to shopee hotline only ask me to wait for update. What the hell service is this!!? Im waiting for my parcel to use it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t do to this place at horizon hills . The place is empty and they have moved to Gelang Patah ie Waze the address to J&T Express Johor - SILC Gelang Patah the building is located around the corner after J&T Express you can’t miss it as it has lots of canopies around the building. But the parcel delivery system needs improvement as you will probably be asked to wait for delivery as it’s like finding “a needle in a haystack” . Good luck to you !!!
