★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery was not consistent. Somestimes okay, and most of the times were very bad. I prefer to choose other courier but sadly, shoppe did not gives any optional except by using their own courier. Almost 5 days already my parcel has stopped here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst courier service in Malaysia. During Raya time say is due to Raya lack of manpower. After Raya still the same... The parles stuck there for 12 days without any update. Call shopee center and make a complaint also not use.... All the parcels through this hub sure need wait at lest 4 or 5 day only can deliver... Why u want make ppl life difficult. Please close the shop...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Status delivered 25 April. Now it’s already 17th May. Requested for refund but shopee said it has been delivered, go and check with guards. Hello..I was there waiting for my purchase. In fact, I kept checking the status every now and then. No calls no text..so where is your proof of delivery?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really pathetic and appalling. Went to the place personally, tons of boxes and packages are simply thrown everywhere and now they even raised a temporary canopy outside the shoplot due to overwhelming amount of items they received everyday.
Just as we all thought the other courier (red colour one) now notoriously known for throwing things is already bad, this Shopee own courier is the now worst of all.
Shopee management should already aware this hub covers the whole of Shah Alam, from outskirts of Subang until all the way to Setia Alam, they are seriously under-staffed to sort out all the packages on time.
I had to raise official complain report to Shopee just to get my purchase already delivered late by two (2) weeks. Seems Shopee management just don't bother about actually delivering purchased items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two parcels have been stucked for more than 11 days no movement at subang bestari, another parcel has been stucked for 4 days as well. Apparently, am i not getting my parcels from sellers that are using shopee express since they will be sending it to subang bestari? Multiple complaints made but no action at all, yet only templates of answers asking to be patient given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s ridiculous la this hub.. no phone number and the parcel will stuck here for dunno how long! It’s your own Shopee hub la hello.. you have your own logistics but your own Shopee logistics is like hopeless.. ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My goodness, the parcel was stuck for 5 days, and still not moving. Lodge multiple complaints at Shopee, still no response from the hub. So irresponsible. Ppl is waiting for the parcel and need it urgently, and yet, they are taking their own sweet time.. really disappointed with their services.. Shame on you!
