β β β β β What is wrong with this warehouse already? It used to be very fast, now very slow, how come deliver local parcel back to local also so slow? Very disappointed, shopee don't know any of these delays? Is not the sellers fault yet cannot lodge complaint, need people to report MCMC or polis baru ada action? Seriously they don't even deserves 1 star

β β β β β Bad service. Very bad. Funny how it's okay for shopee express to deliver things LATE but if customer would like to pick up ourselves, have to request and wait for approval 3 days EARLIER. No star for this hub. Delivery address only at the mines but takes forever for serdang ?!?! Ridiculous!

β β β β β Based on the other reviews, u donβt even need to read mine but I just want to speak out to whoever is running the business because theyβre doing a pretty bad job at it. Iβm sorry to say but my parcel has been at ur place for 4 days and the other people that have reviewed mentioned it took weeks for their goods to arrive. I have tried to email them, call them, contact Shopee themselves but customer service is really bad. Truly disappointed, next time will inform seller to never use Shopee express and use JnT or Poslaju
