★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor in delivery so much you make hassle on your buyer not even update on your shoppee page of order already coming or on your way please prepare the amount of ... Dont have proper ettiquette especially delivery man to handle buyer concerns very big different on other online shopping businesses. Pleaae escalate. Thank you :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally don't know anything about their shop nor it's history, but the delivery service has went well and quite fast(under 48 hours after the overseas shipping), and successfully delivering the products right in front of my front door, the product is safe and no damage. This already seems like a pretty good sign to me. With that being said, thanks for the service.

I was not at home so I ask the deliver a bang put my pacrcel at the warehouse I go and pick it by myself. So I went to collect just now, and the admin boy ask me “have you make an appointment to collect the parcel?”
I was like “sorry , I don’t know I have to make appointment. So you let me know when I can come back and collect?”
Admin boy”there is a lot of parcel here, we need time to find out! ”
I understand, so I ask admin boy”you need how many day to find out my parcel? 3day? Or one week? You let me know, I arrange my time I will make appointment to collect.”
Admin boy”I don’t know where your parcel is! Your parcel is not in our warehouse. Properly somewhere else. Your parcel haven’t arrive yet.”
Then I start angry, I show him my shopee deliver status, it showed my parcel is in this shopee Kepong hub! And the deliver abang has told me my parcel was here!!!
The admin boy just wanted to ignore me, coz 6 of them sitting together, 3 of them having dinner, (I understand is dinner time , they are hungry and tired. )But others (3 of them) playing online games!
So I keep asking “where my parcel is? And when I can collect it? ”
The admin boy ignore me, go back to the table and playing his online games!
Then I said “ok! I know my parcel is here! If you guys dosent want to find my parcel! I find it by myself!”
Then, another admin boy come and help me to find the parcel! And the parcel is actually just on the rack which is next to them!!!!
They lie to me! And told me my parcel was not in this warehouse!!!
Because they are lazy! They don want to do their work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the first time my items were delivered by Shopee Express, I encountered similar problem with most people here where my items were held for a long time at this hub and delivered beyond the expected time.
This is the second time my items were delivered by Shopee Express and it's delivered in time and the parcel is in good condition.
So 5 stars for the improvement and hope that they will keep up the good work ?
