โ โ โ โ โ superrrrr slow service!!!!!! idk if the driver available covered the whole melaka or what but my parcel has been stuck in the hub wayyyy past the estimated delivery date!!!! if google allow no star rating, i gladly choose that because one star is too nice considering service provided ?

โ โ โ โ โ Same with others as well. My item stuck at the Jasin Hub very long...I will advice seller to choose others. Some I got no choice but to put request refund since more than the time. Shopee Express should take action against their staff, if no, later on the whole service will drop...

โ โ โ โ โ Many times ald, parcel out of delivery and wait whole day not coming, mentioned โbuyer not at locationโ. Not even want to call, sounds like putting blame on buyer. And next day repeat all this again. So now I would rate seller one star for choosing a poor courier service

โ โ โ โ โ Happened so many times. Parcel arrived at shopee express jasin and was not delivered to my address promptly. The latest incident, parcel arrived at shopee express jasin on April, 22nd and till date, May 1st, I have yet to see my parcel..
There were also incident where the items were updated as "out for delivery" and wayyyy later on the said day the tracking system updated as "delivery attempt failed" (due to nobody's home)... Mind boggling, as we were at home, nobody was sleeping and the phone wasn't ringing (notifying that they have arrived to deliver the said item)
If there' s a negative star, I'll award that to this establishment.

โ โ โ โ โ Sent out to my adress which is my work adress by 7.52pm. Which courier send parcel at night?? Came to my adress and didnt leave the parcel or even try to call me. Tried to deliver the next day and they reschedule the delivery themself. Today suppose to be the third time delivery attempt but its already 6pm and the delivery guy havent even call me. Worse courier ever! Shopee should have stick to selling item not delivery. Never experienced this with any other courier ????????????do not use shopee express
