โ โ โ โ โ My parcel has been stuck here for days! How much longer will I have to wait ? I will come and self collect if it's not even going to be delivered to me
Edit: 5 days after the parcel reached the wangsa maju hub it is showing it is 'out for delivery' today. Hopefully I get my parcel. Usually whenever my parcels reach this hub it is out for delivery after maximum 2 days only...dunno what happened this time

โ โ โ โ โ Please be informed this hub has moved to new location at No.12, Jalan Seri Rejang 5, Setapak Indah , Taman Sri Rampai , Kuala Lumpur.
I went to the hub near Batu Cave yesterday and they put a note they on holiday from 1 May to 10 May 2022. Today (11 May) I went again and they put note they have moved to new location.
However we cannot self collect till further notice as they still sorting out and organizing the items.
---- Follow up update on 17 May 2022 ----
Called Shopee support on 13 May 2022 and complaint about the slowness. Without any proactive or solution, they just ask me to refund but I refused at that point and request that I self collect and they say is possible to issue me a collection letter with approval. The collection approval will be approve within 24hour however till date (17 May) no update hence I decided to refund. Is better to get back our money then losing money and item all together.

โ โ โ โ โ Why? Shopee Customer service won't help me make a report of this site? And your delivery time is so long. Until almost 3weeks. I still never see the parcel move out of your store. Shopee express if can't perform. Don't take all the orders. Share with other service on the market. F U shopee express

Placed my order on 4 May 2022, the item shipped from China and arrived at Malaysia on 7 May 2022 (it only took 3 days)
But until now my parcel is still being stuck in this ridiculous shopee "express" hub
I don't want a refund, I want my item!!!
No need to spend so much dollar dollar for your marketing strategies if you cant even deliver all the parcels to your customers!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Dear Shopee Mgt Team, Failing to Observed & React to the many complaints & grievances are indicators of poor or no evaluation of the issue concerned. Please re-look & re-visit. It is unaccepted for delivery within KL is more than 4 days. Logistics & fleet mgt admin is crucial for business to gain "client" confident. Slow delivery "mail@aka deliverables" are bad reputation. Advised when most needed are least heeded!

โ โ โ โ โ I've had multiple instances of my parcel arriving here with no sign of going out for delivery. I'm not sure whether it's due to a lack of manpower, or just bad management. An item from China arrived whilst my parcel that was sitting here collected dust for two weeks.
Why did an item from China, arrived faster than the whole process of delivering an item from this branch? In the end, I collected both items by going directly to the branch.

โ โ โ โ โ My parcel stucked for 2 weeks here before i finally proceed for refund. The refund process took me another 2 weeks because they are hesitant to release the money and commit to the HQ theyโll deliver. Even my China parcel arrived earlier. This place is like a black hole, once your parcel goes into here, your chances in getting your parcel delivered are extremely low. HQ didnโt do anything about it despite multiple bad reviews they received here and on twitter. Shopee customer service didnโt allow direct pick up here either. At this rate Shopee will lose MAJORITY of their customersโ trust.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad experience with this courier. I ordered many times from shopee but this courier is the WORST. You can see the parcel is full house but the management didn't hire more manpower to assist, which caused parcel lost most of the time (same as my situation).
