If you really 100% congaulancatfirm decide to come here early morning for your car maintenance or any service, just drop your key to them, go back to your house, and come back here after 3pm (if they even able to finish their job by that time). It is a waste of time and hope to wait here and expect them to be efficient and deliver quality work with such slow rate.

Too many cars here. Services at counter and at workshop is too slow here. Not worth your waiting time. It is a wise decision if you decide to send your car for services at other Proton service centre.

Making an appointment was fairly easy albeit having to call a few times. The service speed though - abysmal. Arrived 8:15 for appointed time, 9 I’m still waiting for the counter to call. Only 4 others waiting in line. Place is quite dilapidated too. Go to another center if you can

DONT EVER GO TO THIS HELL SERVICE CENTRE!!!! The service was so slow. Appointment at 945am and arrived on time but on been Serve at 1228pm..waited almost 3hours and wasting time doing appointment which is useless. The facilities were bad as all the vending machine is not in service and they even not prepare any cup for customer to drink from the coway. Overall experience was worst among all the service centre I been before. Lastly, they still not solve my car issue (power stereng issue) although they said they fix it. Overall, wasting 7hours at this service centre and wasting my money paid to them for this sucks services!! Will never go there again. All their excuses are system down. Tired n fed up with that! N also they Malay lady so rude n skip other customer appointment, customer with x70 or x50 were called 1st although their appointment at 10am, when I realized this, I go straight and asked her why she choose to serve x70 n x50 customer 1st instead of follow the appointment list!!?? Then she claimed she overlooked and acting innocent!!! The food provided also sucks! Besides, they only have 2 service advisor to serve almost 30 customers?? Each customer took almost 30-40minutes to settle and I don't know how the operate the daily customer appointment with this kind of stupid arrangement!!? They also only provide roti kering (hup seng biscuit)??? And although car already finished service, it took them 40minutes to call customer for payment?!! Although cust keep telling them to do the payment immediately! Please3 I beg all of u not to come here if not u will feel like u in hell n want to throw the chair to them.

Service is getting worse and worse. This time, I have to wait about 1 and a half hours, and my car is still haven’t been called to consult by the service officer! I just got fed up and went to other service centers. The car has not even touched by the mechanic yet. One of the biggest problem that I noticed is that service officer is to SLOW to attend customers. Please improve your service Proton Chan Sow Lin staff!!! Don’t waste people’s time!

NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR!!! Dearest Proton Chan snow Lin Branch, it’s my first time here what I can say is your service were ABSOLUTELY SLOW~ Where I lost my patient waiting my turn to be called so~ I confronted to one of the staff there to confirm how long do I have to wait as it’s been so long. Then the staff suggested me to pass the key to them where I can just left my vehicle there. After that I receiving a call to confirm my service issue and so on, later on I’ve been waiting from PROTON TO CALL ME BACK TO COLLECT MY CAR. Been WHOLE DAY. No calls , no update. So I decidedly to called back and confirming when I can collect my car well you know what’s been the interesting part. 11missed called from me to PROTON I’m saying 11missed call and no ones answer, how amazing I see this service centre. I send my car 9.40am Appointment by 10am Waiting 1 whole day I couldn’t get back my car. This is one of the most ridiculous service. Cannot imagine how is this branch can survive

2nd time here. Getting worse. SA services slow & don't see any urgency to speed things up. How to expect client to sit & wait comfortably when there is no aircon?! The only fan I see is blowing at SA area only! Better bring your own coffee as the vending is not working, don't know for how long already! No matter how advance the car technology is, the level of service is a huge letdown & reflect poorly on proton!
