Untrustworthy, tricky..This shop sekarang sudah banyak kencing orang punya. Cakap cina belakang orang melayu gelak2.. Takde hormat punya.. Tau cekik darah saja.. Rosak lain tukar lain.. Tak rosak pun cakap rosak mau tukar... Taktik lama.. Buat2 pandai saja.. Don't think you can scam people forever.. If you honest people don't mind to pay a bit more for your knowledge & expertise.. Getting more & more expensive with the new team.. Nowadays people can know parts prices easily from Shopee or Lazada.. They charge labour, parts also with another mark-up like insane. For straight forward job like basic oil change service, tyre change ok lah, other problems or troubleshooting be extra careful. Get few opinions & estimates from other workshops if possible.

JANGAN PERGI KEDAI MEKANIK TIPU HARGA BARANG & SERVIS, DAH BANYAK KALI SABAR, BUT THIS IS TOO MUCH and UNACCEPTABLE I advice not to go to this mechanic shop. highly NOT RECOMMENDED. VERY RUDE WORKERS using bad words such as "canine" (dog) and "c!bai"(c*nt). the story begins when ive send my car wanted to change some parts, the worker came to my car and did some checking and when I told him I need to go to my office to drop something and will come back, the worker started asking/insist me to pay deposit first. I told him I will comeback right after ive settled my work and I do not have any cash at the moment to pay the deposit. he still insisted me to pay and pressured me before I enter my car, I said I couldn't promise that I can leave my work on time so ill come back tomorrow, then the worker DEMAND and ask me to pay some money for the service of checking the car. this is my first time getting charged by a shop for just checking the problem of the car parts when clearly I told him what I wanted to be fix and change. another lady worker , (could be the person in charge) came to resolve the issue but I felt like the lady was more on to workers sides. I explained exactly what happened yet she believes that their intention to charge for the service was right. I even explained that I came by a day before to fix my alignment car and after paying the car was still NOT FIXED due to another problem, yet I still pay for the service that they've done, and when I told the lady boss about it, she was also RUDE and started shouting and said that the service and machine used to fixed my allignment is very expensive. how can you fix a car when you dont even identify the real problem of the car ? its like you are simply charging your customer for the service that is not even advisable to fix in the first place. after realising that this shop has been charging ridiculously HIGH PRICE compared to other nearby shop, I decided not to go and please google the price of the parts you want to change before agreeing to their terms. very poor work ethic, there is no good customer relationship. I införm this problem to my sister who used to be the shop loyal customer and she just told me that she stopped sending her car to fix there at the shop because she was always getting charged higher price by them and sometimes the car problem was not even fixed. my sisters car was always in a bad condition every time she sent her car to fix there. I would like to state that this shop is very UNTRUSTWORTHY , UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL
