★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING: DO NOT ENGAGE THEIR ALARM SERVICE. We had a very bad experience with them. First of all, poor workmanship, they did not check whether the looping was functioning after the work. They also cut one of the wires without connecting back. We had to fork out extra money to engage another alarm service guy to identify the problem.
Worse still their boss Benny displayed very bad attitude and pushed responsibility when we approached him nicely. He came for inspection but he refused to acknowledge the problem, even after one of the workers admitted they did cut the wire and didn’t check the function, Benny just instructed the worker to work on the mistake and left the house hastily. AND THEY DARED TO CHARGE US FOR THEIR MISTAKES!
