room cabinet, study table and book cabinet custom-designed and installed in 2016. Today, they are still in impeccable condition. Very pleased with the level of professionalism shown by Adeline in SK Ipoh. After sales service was excellent too. Installers did a great job. I would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY UNSTATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE PROFIDED BY SALES PERSON YASMIN AND HER WAY OF HANDLING MY ORDER. THE ORDER WAS CONFIRMED ON EARLY NOV AND THE PROJECT WAS DELAYED WITH VARIOUS EREASONS. PAYMENT MADE IN EARLY FEB AND THE INSTALLATION DATE WAS ON END OF APRIL. IT TOOK ALMOST 6 MONTHS TO GET IT FINALISED. VERY UNSATISFIED AND I DO NOT SUGGEST SK TO ANYONE. THE SALES PERSON CAN GIVE ME REASON THAT THE PRIORISE MALAY CUSTOMERS DUE TO RAYA EVEN MY PAYMENT WAS MADE. NOT REALISTIC AT ALL. THE ARE MUCH QUALITY SERVICE OUT THERE COMPARED SK THAT JUST CARRY THE NAME WITH SUCH A BAD QUALITY OF SERVICE.
