★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New building of KK in sikamat area. Have plenty of chair, toilets were quite dirty, easy to park. If they open a canteen, then it'll be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. Within 1 hour or sometime less than 1 hour complete procedure for immunisation and checkup. Maybe can upgrade the cleanlines especially for toilet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic is Not too bad but there is one particular nurse there doesn't know the meaning of sensitivity when speaking to patients. Please educate your nurses on sensitivity and customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same building, same road, same location, same main enterance, work under KKM (KK Sikamat & Klinik Pergigian Sikamat).. However KK Sikamat have Online Booking' but Klinik Pergigian Sikamat need to do Manual booking'.

2x arrived around 11.30am walk in.rejected mine by counter registation n told me come next time.coz total 20 patients. Attitude wise very bad. She said Need to wait 2 hours.after lunch is appointment patients. I told her kts my second time visit n rejected!.tell me
.now ..Can its done before 12.30pm..ur lunch time...(i m very mad.as its not easy to get a leave ..therefor its government clinic
..appointment not given for troddler bottle checkup teeth ..we are working woman..taking leave..n not easy to well.prepare a troddler for earlier 8am get to clinic)..at the end, she saw my impression, she allowed me to registered.i noticed after mine..there is visitors too.but no excuses given by counter. Total time spent 55 mins including 4 mims inside dentist room.why she said need 2 hours waiting times? 12.20 pm, she put *counter closed* tag. That time mine troddler have done.
