I find Bryan Teh an easy going sales rep. He helps me understand their business model, product range, market forces, and also their competitors.
You can test the gold purity right away and measure the weight to validate - which features not offered by typical gold shops you find at high streets and online purchase.
Their gold spread is also small compared to Public Gold, and of course other gold shops. I will return to them certainly for my next purchase (and selling the small wafers in my collection).
