β β β β β After much research online, I learned that Silver Bullion Malaysia consistently had the best prices for trading physical silver and gold in Penang. I ordered some gold bullion online, paid the office a visit and was pleasantly surprised by the staff Josh Ee, who was truly professional in servicing my order. Not only was he friendly and courteous, he took time to patiently explain to me the intricacies of buying and selling gold and silver. He also answered my many questions, provided useful insights on the industry and tips on how not to be scammed by unscrupulous sellers.
The centre is equipped with numerous machines to test the weight, content and purity of your gold and silver items and Josh kindly demonstrated and explained how the tests are done, instilling confidence that the products sold here are 100% genuine. Delivery times have also been surprisingly fast. I have since made Silver Bullion my go to supplier of gold and silver bullion and each transaction has been a secure, pleasant and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Since I started trading with Silver Bullion in 2020, I have not needed to try out other bullion dealers as SB offers a wide variety of silver bars and coins which other dealers do not stock at competive prices.
In addition the professionalism and friendliness of the staff is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Josh is personable and knowledgeable which makes my visits to collect the physical products pleasant, besides learning tips and clarifying questions regarding market movements and history.
He is definitely an asset to your company as it is not easy these days to have trustworthy, intelligent staff who knows how to keep customers' loyalty. When prices tank, he has managed to exude a reassuring tone which has been helpul. All in all, I am really satisfied with SB.

β β β β β I thought I'd do some alternative investment with Silver Bullion in Penang last Aug. Like other clients, I found Josh Ee to be exemplary in his explanations and dealing processes on my behalf. Be prepared to pay a 'premium' on your commodity purchase. This seems to be an industry practice and follows UK pricing structures too. More importantly if you are buying as Silver or Gold as an investment in Dec 2021 please remember this is a LONG TERM hold and not a get rich quick scheme for increasing your wealth. I like dealing with Josh because he does his research, like all sensible investors should. He is well educated & understands how global economic and political scenarios are impacting on our daily lives. Thanks for your kind input Josh. I look forward to seeing you in 2022. T.A.
