★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.~ I asked for a warranty and told me that I need to wait for a spare part. From last December until now (April) there is no follow up call.
2.~ The car side screen crack. After waiting for four days, the staff gave me the answer is a system failure. Can't check the price and stock available... Hyundai Malaysia, why don't you just close the business! This kind of bad service I can't find in other car factories! Never find it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the young skinny chinese male sales man was extremely rude to me & my friends. Me & 2 of my friends visit the showroom on 13/Dec/20 evening 4.30pm, & after finish viewed all the new Hyundai models, we thank him but the salesman reply to us " There's the Starex behind u guys haven't view yet" in a very rude way & unpleasant way. Gosh... Such lousy sales man should put him to do admin work instead of discriminate your customer. The Skudai Proton showroom that locate beside this Hyundai showroom has way better customer service, i remember the Sales man name Jasper has better attitude & positive gesture to treat its customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay service centre. Competent, clean lounge with a sofa and TV, got a separate room if you want to do some office work while waiting. They provided 3in1 drink satchet and some snack previously, but no longer. What a shame.

Follow their service and repair SOP strictly therefore expect some time to complete their task but rest assured it is a proper check instead of a lot of assumption. KUDOS. KKM SOP was also observe very well here. No heaitation to return here for future service. A little bit customer comfort should be consider like a coffee machine or proper drink dispenser or if possible a little bit of snack in order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to see the new Ionic 5 and Kona EV. The salesperson, En Nizam is very welcoming and helpful and show the Ionic 5 interior, (even its clearly not in my Budget) and even offered a test drive for Kona EV.
