★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untill now follow up for project Serunai key handover but no any respond. Already email and follow up but no any respond. Reminding on maintenance fees but no news about the key hand over. And also can your side consider for scheduling arrangement for this key collection?Example 1st floor owner on 1st week of Sat and so on...
We hope for any good outcome from your side because most of people waiting for the house keys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Chinese economy rice taste but price was high. Two medium size pcs of pork belly slices and one vegetable- RM 6.00. Taste was not good. Tasted like carried over food. Will not ever go there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently staying at Bandar Bukit Raja. House design is nice. However, there are major drainage problems. When it rains slightly heavier, flooding happens in many parts of Bandar Bukit Raja. One aspect is the area is low lying and the other seems to be drainage related. Access roads get flooded and water level at the back lane of houses gets quite high. Due to this, whenever there is heavy rain, cockroaches start popping up from the back lane area. Occasionally, the water level is so high it almost enters our backyard, which is quite scary. Fortunately our residents association is active and have been lobbying to Sime Darby and MPK for years but to no avail. Some of the neighbours have started moving out as they cannot take it anymore. We thought purchasing a Sime Darby property was a good move, but I guess we were heartbreakingly mistaken.
