★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My house completion been delayed since October 2020. Sime Darby informed last minute to extend until Feb 2021. Tried calling them, no one from project team pick up. The one who pick up directed to another person until the 4th person and said will complete on May 2021. Now already May, still nothing. No call, no notification, progress still not finish. I'm bearing all the extra expenses bcause of this delay. Does no one care at all.

She told can got 90% loan if already have 2nd house and JV with my husbnd...then a little hope there.. after 3 weeks apply loan, bank told cannot get 90% loan cause already have 2 houses. Then, i told bank that FARLINA said can get 90%. But bank mention that BNM just give 90% privilleges to buy 3rd house only for LAST YEAR ON JUNE 2021..... SO WHAT DO YOU THINK WHAT I FEEL?????? PERGI GALLERY POWN 2 ORG JE ATTEND...PUNYA RAMAI TUNGGU NK AMBIK GILIRAN PERGI KLINIK PULAK..
