★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. Security is good. Residents/Owners need to use an apps provided to register for their visitors to enter. Love the open space car park rather than the multistory car park mainly for security reason.
I just wish that the tenants there not being selfish by driving their car straight in under the block especially when it rains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean & nice environment with basic facilities. Low cost apartment, hall is big enough but no proper partition for kitchen space. Suitable for single sharing or small family. There is no covered parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustated , Cheated by House Agent. 1st he said 170k housing price , went I came he said the owner was cancel & decide to not sale that unit , coz too low in market price. Than , he offer me 190k house price. With no swimming pool ,gym and playground. ( In Mudah.com , he put it everything of that ) . His name is Matt Ng. Maybe is not your false as a New Agent. But please to be honours in what you have deal with customer. Refer back to your Company.!!!
