I reach the shop looking for my canon pixma yr 2000 3 in 1 printers cutrage but unable to help me to find cause they can't help reason not in produce it's ok I accept the fact....but I make up my mind to buy one looking into prize they put on their panplets but most of it out of stock n the prize not include the ink n cutrage but they didn't mention on the panplets its self....?? What really discounted me is the front desk that not doing me favor to even explained to me each n question that I asked ☹️☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a first time walk in customer, we don't know how is the progress or Guidance to service the Printer.
A chinese girl greetings me with show me her head & face with no sound. And I don't really know what she want to tell me. So when I'm planning to walk to the counter, only then she voice out said that cannot go in to the counter.
Fine, then I just told her what my purpose to come here.
A Malay girl come to me after that & I don't know what she is doing at the first, No Greetings, no explanation, & I just stand there and wait. Perhaps she is checking whether my printer is under CANON or under warranty. [I Guess at the time]
This girl name [ZIRA] was very poor service. The face look like I owe her much of money. Bad service I ever met in my whole life. Explanation not clear, when I ask the questions, she has no patient to explain and show me the [No Patient] FACE.
