I have bought 3 motorcycles from them for the past 3 years and did countless regular service (moto oil, plug, sprocket, chain etc).
I support them because of their competitive price, good machine use, good environment and good customer service especially the tall man (i think their boss)..
Today i visit their new building for motor service. Surprisingly, the charge for standard sprocket change is insanely high from standard price.
RKM standard sprocket (size 15 front) usually around RM10 - RM11 but today they charged me RM 17 (exclude workmanship charge).
RKM standard sprocket (size 39 rear) usually around RM22 - RM 24 but today they charged me RM 28 (exclude workmanship charge).
Not to be fussy customer but is this how you treat your loyal customer? Even my plate number still got Sin Hoong Hin mark. This shop used to be great but since the new building open, this thing happen. Kinda feel disappointed. Sin Hoong Hin might think RM5 - RM10 is nothing since they have a lot of customer.
If u guys out there want to service your motor here and didn't mind to spend RM5 - RM10 more from the normal item price, it's okay. Everyone have their own preferences. I still give Sin Hoong Hin 5 stars review on Google for professional courtesy. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are standard. You can go to any shop to buy motorcycle, the price are the same. The most you can get maybe 50 ringgit less. One thing I like about this shop is the after sale service. Very good and the boss at the servicing side, a tall chinese gentlement, is very helpful and friendly.

today im going to work and my motorcycle stop suddenly
the young boy said it was the plug but then the older one came and its the fuse box , waiting is depend on what is the issue/problem
the place is clean , well arranged , and price is moderate to pricy
