★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop has an enormous amount of vehicle spare parts. Prices are also reasonable as I observed quite a number of workshop owners tend to make a beeline buying their spare parts there. Being such a busy outlet, the only setback is the customer service experience which is rather poor and need improvements. The owner and his wife are the only two individuals manning the counter even though there are a swarm of customers waiting to be entertained. To me I was told that no workers lasts longer working there due to the erratic behaviour of the owner, hence no one wants to work in that shop. So, I feel, the owner need to employ more staff to assists the customers in their purchases for a personalised service which is SORELY lacking!!!
