β β β β β Customer Service was an Terrible Experience having to deal with the Supervisor/Manager/Boss( description Chinese Person ). Very Arrogant and Rude. Never had an experience having told by someone exact words βdonβt come in to the shop asking for the price and donβt buyβ.Hopefully this Feedback will be noted by others and Action should be Taken seriously.

He explained everything in details... delivery in time & after sales service is good as well. Looking forward to buying more electrical appliances here! Bagus Murah!

β β β β β Deserve no star at all. Disasterous experience with this shop. Will talk sweet till you buy their product. After that will make you to call them many times and beg for them to install the product. Worst ever customer service experience in my life.

β β β β β The worst shop I've ever visited. I paid deposit for 2 products and the staffs are very sweet n promising during the booking. The staff guaranteed to me the stock is available n ensured it will be delivered the next day but it wasn't!!! I followed up for 3 days by calling them and all they said was they will call me back but they Never!! Finally I went to the shop again and they said they got no stock and told me they can't guarantee on the delivery date. They told me it could take either 2 or 3 weeks or even more!! N then they ask me to take back my deposit. I'm very frustrated with the service of the staffs and their boss, very unprofessional and they don't know how to apologise!!! They refuse to give back the cancellation/refund receipt. Simply rubbish and please avoid going to this shop!!!

I REPEAT, DON'T EVER go to this Lousy Shop !!! ?
No Integrity, No Honesty for Both the Staff & Boss too.
Went to the shop inquire some electrical appliances for my new home. I list down all the items of the models specifically I wanted & handover to them. The salesman took it, check in the system & list down the prices.
The prices looks surprisingly cheap especially the aircond. I ask the staff to recheck again as he might overlooked on the aircond models. Yet he said that's the price arrogantly. Then, i paid the booking fees & back home.
After some time, received a call saying that the amount given by the staff was WRONG ask me to TOP UP. Came back to the shop, this time the so called Boss backed up his staff. It's NOT MY PROBLEM, as it was PURELY his staff mistake QUOTED me the WRONG PRICE, SUPPOSINGLY the Boss should DEDUCT the SHORTAGES amount from his staff's salesman commission.
But, THEY ask me to TOP UP.
WORST SHOP EVER !!! ?
To be HONEST, I don't want to give any Stars but there is no such option in Google Review. ?
