★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm new to this town, when I decide to buy a laptop and printer, people suggested me to buy from this shop. My sister in law bought laptop seven years back from here and using till now without any problem except for the battery. Not only one customer said this, there are many telling the same. Difficult to satisfy all the customers but still decision is yours whether want to buy from authorized dealer or want to waste your money and time at somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here numerous times for my last minute peripheral purchase. If you're in Banting looking for computer parts, this is one of the good shops to go.
The staff members are friendly and helpful, and their services will cover most of your basic computing needs, anything outside of he ordinary or out of stock they can arrange pre-order for you too.
Prices are standard physical shop prices, some times can be tad expensive. IIRC this shop also registered with ePerolehan system, but not sure whether their cert is still renewed or not up to date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a canon printer. after few months it cannot print. the color piping stuck. I send to them several times but they cant solve the problem. they didnt help me to send to factory to claim warranty. they just reset the printer and claim me Rm20 for already 3 times. they said it is because I didnt use the printer everyday so the piping may stuck. but my friend told me that statement from this store is not true. my friend told me to go watch YouTube to learn how to solve my printer problem. Actually, it's very simple. I learned and I repaired it. now my printer no problem already. even I didnt use it for 3 days, the injector didnt stuck anymore. this store's technician and the boss said the problem is I didnt use it daily, this statement is not true. the boss used to raise his voice to argue with me. he didnt want to admit his fault. I think he should learn how to solve printer color piping stuck problem on YouTube and teach his technician. so next time he wont try to escape his problem from their clients and have a better service attitude.
