β β β β β PleAe be careful with this seller. Make sure you ask for a health check for your vehicle before register. manager is helpless. Never trust their words. Will never help and pass the bug to distributor and customer have to run like mad. I'll never deal if related to this joker's.

β β β β β My car engine indicator alarm was on, the centers were closed at 6pm. I reached there at 6.15pm after a distress calls made to Mr Afiq (at my regular service center, formerly known as redcube) at around 5.40pm. Mr Afiq helped searched nearby centre (coz I was in Melaka) and found it in Cheng area. Even helped called it and gave my contact and requested them to standby for me. Both centers team-worked to help me before any potential breakdown. To both: Mr Afiq at Ang Trading Kia service centre in Masai JB, and Mr Pang at Sing Kwung Kia service centre in Cheng Melaka: you both are very helpful, very efficient and effective. You went extra mile to stay back and helped solved my car problem. Thank you so much and God bless you. Highly recommended.

β β β β β Absolutely pain in the long run. 31 days to fix and settle claims for a bumper and left headlight change. Not a single day they have called for update nor pushing for our case. I had to call my insurance to check for update and to. Push for the adjuster to come soon. Manager is useless. And their "front liner" desk heroes can be given Oscar award for acting like working I blv as they provide you with the best "tak tau" as answers. Customer have to run for everything. Promised to do the claims but only paperwork. And when I asked for the damaged parts repair list.. He says no can't give. After telling him it's my rights to obtain and know what are the replacement parts and repairs done., to prevent insurance fraud then he calls the manager and asks. As if this is their 1st time doing the job. When returning the car the interior was not even clean and he claims already washed. Overall bad experience for such a big name player in Melaka. NEVER visit this place again.
