★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called before I took a taxi all the way there asking them what time they close . Mind you I was speaking in English . They told me 8. I get there inquiring about purchasing a scooter . They say “ don’t sell to foreigners “ , lol what ? Last time I checked money is money . Waste of time . I’ll bring my foreign money elsewhere .
Update : your reply is misleading . I told you I worked here and you told me you don’t ever sell to foreigners . You didn’t tell me to go somewhere to acquire papers and then you would sell me a scooter .
