★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had car accident on Karak highway in 2012. My car was towed and repaired here. Upon picking up my car, I was very upset. My tinted wind screen which was not even a crack was changed, not tinted of course. My new pair of silicon wipers was changed to a worn old pair. Even the radio antenna was changed to a broken one with the metal part exposed. These are the seen parts. I can't imagine if my car's internal are still original parts. When I argued with the owner, they are rude and angry as if I accused wrongly.
Feeling cheated, not recommended. Be careful guys!

My car was towed and repaired here due to accident.
They repair broken parts with used/ingenuine spare parts that do not last long. Replace my battery which still in good condition to earn more money.replace my tyre that in good condition with cheap tyre which worn out very fast. Disappointed
Good luck if ur car is tow to this workshop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful and responsible, was got into a terrible accident last 4 months, towing and workshop did helped us out a lot. They did assists us to the clinic nearby to have medical checking as my husband got sprains and bleeds in several parts and my neck sprained due to the accident. Keep your good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i had an accident that crashed my Toyota in January/2020 in Kuala Lipis. the car was towed to Siong Fatt Workshop under supervisor Chun How for repair. The professionalism of the staff and service is outstanding during and even after the car was restored to fully functional. a few months later despite the COVID lockdown.
The workshop is fully responsible for repairing, testing the car's functions at JPJ. After the car is returned, the workshop is also bearing responsibility for any breakdown related to the accident repair. A reliable service through and through
