Travel ni bagus. Cuma ramai sngt staff baru smpai management kelaut.
- hotel pindah randah
- kupon makan tak ada
- last minute tukar jadual
- xstudy history company airline (history samaada bagus ke x)
- flight delay tapi tak ganti pada customer (boleh tuntut hak tribunal pengguna)
- kalau nk ada kontigency untuk breakfast make sure la something equivalent. Orang lain sedap2 makan buffet kita kena budget2 nk makan sbb kupon tak ada.
U buat service. U must study how service is. Bukan angguk2 geleng2.
So sapa nk ambil travel ni. Just be clear.
Saya nk bagi 1 bintang je. Tapi boleh bg dua sbb they all good and got manner.
To be honest,
Travel is good. Only a few new employees are in the management of the kelapa.
- hotel transfer
- no meal coupons
- last minute change table
- xstudy history company airline (history samaada bagus ke x)
- flight delay but no change to customer (can claim user tribunal rights)
- if nk there is a contingency for breakfast make sure la something equivalent. Other people like to eat our buffet with budget2 nk eating no coupons.
U create service. U must study how service is. Not to say goodbye.
So who wants to take this trip. Just be clear.
I'm okay for 1 star je. But they can be two as they are good and got way.
