★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too far from city..cosidered a Ulu place. Claimed to be 20mins away from CIQ but with all the traffic lights (5 in total) probably will take 30-40 mins. The maintenance/facility fee is 250+ which is absurd! You get some oil palm plantation as well in your surroundings.
