SEMASA DAFTAR MASUK CHECK –IN
1. Tandatangan surat pendaftaran
2. Serahkan salinan kad pengenalan
3. Orientasi dan periksa peralatan rumah bersama pihak pengurusan homestay
Pembayaran deposit sebanyak RM50.00 (non-refundable booking deposit) sebagai pengesahan tempahan. Deposit tempahan tidak akan dipulangkan sekiranya tempahan dibatalkan oleh pelanggan.Deposit ini boleh dibayar secara tunai atau dimasukkan dalam akaun bank pihak pengurusan,sekurang kurangya 7 hari sebelum tarikh penginapan.
Sebarang perubahan tarikh penginapan hendaklah dimaklumkan kepada pengurusan selewat-lewatnya 1 minggu sebelum tarikh penginapan. Pertukaran tarikh penginapan bergantung kepada budi bicara pihak pengurusan dan kekosongan SB homestay.
Pembayaran homestay perlu jelaskan sepenuhnya semasa daftar masuk (check-in).
Deposit sekuriti sebanyak RM50.00 perlu dibayar bersama caj penginapan. Deposit ini akan dikembalikan kepada pelanggan semasa check-out dengan syarat kebersihan homestay adalah memuaskan dan tiada sebarang kerosakan atau kehilangan peralatan di homestay.
Masa Check In – Jam 2.00 petang
Masa Check Out – Jam 12.00 tengahari
Setiap jam melewati masa check-out akan dikenakan caj tambahan sebanyak RM15.00
PERATURAN KETIKA DI SB HOMESTAY
KESELAMATAN
Pastikan semua suis alatan elektrik ditutup sekiranya anda tiada di dalam homestay atau tidak digunakan.
Sebarang masaalah teknikal hendaklah dilaporkan segera kepada kami.
Dilarang merokok di dalam rumah.
KEBERSIHAN
Dilarang mengubah atau mengalihkan perabot yang terdapat di dalam homestay ini
Kebersihan homestay hendaklah dijaga sepanjang masa.
Sampah harus dibuang ke dalam bekas yang disediakan.
Sebelum check-out pastikan kebersihan homestay berada dalam keadaan memuaskan, jika tidak memuaskan deposit tidak akan dikembalikan.
KETENTERAMAN
Pastikan kenderaan anda diletakkan dalam keadaan berhemah tanpa menganggu lalu lintas.
SB homestay ini terletak di kawasan kejiranan, elakkan daripada membuat bising dan pastikan anda menjaga adab – adab berjiran sepanjang masa anda menginap di SB homestay.
PENJAGAAN
Sebarang kerosakan dan kehilangan barangan homestay ini hendaklah diganti oleh pelanggan serta merta.
Semua peralatan dan perabot merupakan hak milik homestay ini. Sila gunakan dengan berhemah untuk kemudahan bersama.
Segala barangan peribadi anda adalah atas tangungjawab anda sendiri. Pihak pengurusan tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas apa jua kehilangan barang berharga sepanjang anda menginap di sini.

SB HOMESTAY
WHEN REGISTERING CHECK –IN
1. Sign the registration letter
2. Submit a copy of identity card
3. Orientation and inspect home appliances with homestay management
Payment of a deposit of RM50.00 (non-refundable booking deposit) as confirmation of booking. The booking deposit will not be refunded if the booking is canceled by the customer. This deposit can be paid in cash or deposited in the management bank account, at least 7 days before the date of stay.
Any change in the date of stay must be notified to management at least 1 week before the date of stay. The change of date of stay depends on the discretion of the management and the vacancy of SB homestay.
Homestay payment must be paid in full upon check-in.
A security deposit of RM50.00 must be paid along with the accommodation charge. This deposit will be returned to the customer upon check-out provided the cleanliness of the homestay is satisfactory and there is no damage or loss of equipment in the homestay.
Check In Time - 2.00 pm
Check Out Time - 12.00 noon
Each hour after check-out will incur an additional charge of RM15.00
RULES WHEN AT SB HOMESTAY
SECURITY
Make sure all electrical appliance switches are closed if you are not in the homestay or not in use.
Any technical problems should be reported to us immediately.
No smoking in the house.
CLEANLINESS
It is forbidden to change or move the furniture found in this homestay
The cleanliness of the homestay must be maintained at all times.
Garbage should be disposed of in the container provided.
Before check-out make sure the cleanliness of the homestay is in a satisfactory condition, otherwise the deposit will not be refunded.
PEACE
Make sure your vehicle is parked in a prudent manner without disturbing traffic.
This SB homestay is located in the neighborhood, avoid making noise and make sure you maintain good manners - neighbor manners throughout your stay at SB homestay.
CARE
Any damage and loss of these homestay items must be replaced by the customer immediately.
All equipment and furniture are the property of this homestay. Please use prudently for shared convenience.
All your personal belongings are at your own risk. Management will not be responsible for any loss of valuables during your stay here.
