โ โ โ โ โ Nice social environment but i felt that soothing song (like jazz or rnb) can be recommended for a better ambience and if possible slightly tune down the volume of the speaker. The drinks are nice for cranberry juice and mojito. Good for gathering.

โ โ โ โ โ Phone answered after 10 minutes...then when we arrive ash trays placed on our table... When we ask if cigars are available the waiters insult us by saying ""this is not kedai runcit"......pls train ur staff....they dont even know what is cigar or a price of a good brand!!

โ โ โ โ โ We visited this place on 16th oct 2021 at 8 pm to celebrate our momโs birthday. The food is so-so but the service was sooooo terrible. We waited 1 hr plus for drink to arrive and almost 2 hrs for meals to come. There were 15 of us including kids. And there were not many people around. I dont understand why it took so long to prepare all the drink. Even for my simple cup of cappucino, i had to send back twice because it was cold cappucino!! I insisted to meet up the manager but he failed to show up, and sent his staff instead to collect the bills. I saw him walking around but keep avoiding our table. His staff was humble enough to say sorry for such terrible service. This wd be our last visit to this purest hotel for their unproffesional service. Please advise the manager or deploy him to other area plsss

โ โ โ โ โ The music is so loud. Already told them to reduce the volume bcse we were having a gathering. Omg and we have to shout to ask them stop the music. The place is too small to play live band. The live band is not necessary for the place. Just play DJ and let us have some quality time to spend. We came to there to eat , chill and have some talk. Not to hear that lousy noise.
