โ โ โ โ โ My family unfortunately had to use their service. Unfortunate because we didn't want to lose the person we did. I took a bit of time to be able to pen this down due to emotional distress. But a very big thumbs up to their service! I would say extremely dedicated and professional. Kelvin and Kimberly were extremely helpful and patient from the start to the end until everything was over. Very catering to our needs. This whole journey was very lifted because they have been by us. So far they are the only funeral service that I would recommend. Their coverage is also very large, all over Klang valley, and their vision is also very compassionate. Thank you SiYuan.

โ โ โ โ โ Would like convey our sincerest and heartfelt appreciation / gratitude to Kelvin Hoo of SiYuan Funeral Services for the dedication and 1st class services accorded to us during our recent bereavement. Engulfed in sadness, confusion and pain over the passing of our beloved father, we were totally lost on the funeral arrangement. Also, all my siblings were overseas and unable to make it back home due to the current pandemic situation. In desperation, we surged the internet and found Kelvin Hoo. Kelvin was a true blessings. He is empathy, experienced, very assuring, attentive, response quickly to all our requests and had oversee the end-to-end process for us with full dedication - always keeping us informed of the proceedings. They have did excellent job during the funeral ceremony, quite organise, details and particularly in time punctual.
