β β β β β Ridiculous! Only RM 100 and above can swipe credit card. The cashier said their credit card machine cannot swipe/not working below RM100.
According to Bank Negara Malaysia, merchants are prohibited from imposing a minimum purchase amount for goods bought using payment cards.
Under Section 1.5.5.1, 'Visa Core Rules and Visa Product and Service Rules' states thatΒ "a Merchant must not establish a minimum or maximum Transaction amount as a condition for honouring a Visa Card or Visa Electron Card."
Section 5.11.3 under Chapter 5 points out thatΒ "a Merchant must not require, or indicate that it requires, a minimum or maximum Transaction amount to accept a valid and properly presented Mastercard or Maestro Card."

β β β β β Fake promotion & bad customer service . Promises for discount for 2 shoes. Therefore after buying the 2nd shoe they tell me the promotion is only valid for 2 shoes in a single receipt even though I was at the stall all the time for the same day and both shoes are bought and paid by me which I still keep the receipt. The woman manager who served us have a bad attitude too. She stared at us with an unfriendly gaze. Getting so happy at first and then so disappointed at last. Felt like being lied. I like skechers so much but then this is really disappointing and defaming skechers' image

β β β β β Bought a 88888156 dlt a from them.i checked and saw they were womenβs on the box and the salesman told me that they were unisex when I tried to return them. The βmanagerβ which was a woman in around her 40s said the shoes were unisex when the box clearly stated they were womenβs and she didnβt even apologise and also stared at us while talking to another sales person. I just want to share my experience with their customer service.

β β β β β The sales Clerk with the ugly face is very rude she make fun of the customer who was your potential buyer! We are not malay but sorry to say we can understand BM suppose to buy 2 pairs but because she is very rude and ill mannered no education sales staff. you should not hire this kind of people. the other staff are okay very patient specially the uncle and the Guy who apologise in behalf of her!

β β β β β i just went to the store this afternoon. one of the staffs (chinese aunty ?) there was so unfriendly. she throw the shoes i wanted to try, even my younger sister was scolded as she forgot to untie the shoelace. so rude! i left the store eventhough i wanted to buy the shoes so badly but luckily skechers also available in gurney parkson. i hope this thing wont happen to others. please entertain your customers nicely. thank you.
