★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful when signing contract with them. The sales person and the technician said two different things. We requested for services for rodents (rats) and were told by the sales person that the chemical they used will not kill the rodents but only irritate them so that they will not come back. So I signed the contract with them without services to clear dead rodents bodies. However, the technician came and said the otherwise. We have to purchase add on in order for them to clear the dead rodents bodies. Initially planned to give 1 star, but additional 1 star for the technician as he was very skilful, nice and gave us very clear explanation unlike the sales person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skill termite just came to inspect and spray my house. Alvin was very responsive to my queries and we managed to schedule an appointment within 1 week. I appreciated this a lot because none of the other pest companies responded as quickly as he did. Furthermore, he was also very honest about how many treatments I needed and didn't pressure me to sign up for a 1 year contract. He was very informative and generous with the pest spray. Would definitely recommend this company to others!!

Call hotline 1700 number, promised appointments but already called 2 times no appointment to date. plse attend to my recurring termites complaint as you have promised 5 years warranty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are solving my bed bug problem. I found their service in a desperate situation during this MCO and many pest control services are not operating due to EMCO areas.
Recently they just did service at my house ,they sprayed chemical and ULV misting in the whole house. Result initially shown very good because the next day after I return to my house, many dead cockroaches and injects. In fact, the 1st 2 days when we slept on our bed was nothing except feeling a bit itchy (Thinking we maybe traumatized by the bug before).
On 3rd night, same feeling of itchiness during sleeping and the next day my son, my baby and my husband complaint got a few bites spot on their body, hands and legs. The nightmare started again.
There are few issues I felt this company need to improve.
1. The sales person has to be more responsive and provide more consultation/advise on the pest issue.
2. Each house pest, I believe the pest is treated differently and I believe for bed bugs which is hard to get rid of, should be taken more attention on the bed part. They came to my house, sprayed the chemicals like normal pest control, I kept asking the technician sure you focus on the bed which he say he did. So I believe his professionalism. In the end, we still get bites after the treatments.
3. No offering for follows up after the service, only I keep contacting the sales person and the response only got back the next day. Before payment, the sales person was quite responsive but not after the service.
4. The technician late for half hour.
Now I am still facing this issue which has yet to resolved by them. I put so much high hope on them, but they disappointed me. With the price I am paying, the follow up treatment is a must. If after the follow up still not resolving my issue, I will proceed with other specialist with better service and price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Time unconsciousness. Appointment was cancelled without previous noticed. Only when I call to ask, they request for further delay, somehow, they recover it with approximately 2 days after initial schedule.
2. Lack of professionalism. We believed that neither the technical head nor the experienced technician went for site checking before treatment. The treatment was done at their first visit to site and this is where the nightmare happened.
Since it is a bungalow unit, the outdoor area was more than enough space we believed to do the treatment. We can understand that if the treatment needs to drill in the center of the house for complete coverage, and we are absolutely fine with it. Somehow, we are dissatisfied with majority the drilling was done only a wall away from the outdoor area. ??♂ that's the main problem. And we informed salesperson to do it outdoor, we even delayed the tiles installation due to the unscheduled delay. But somehow it ended up happened like this as well. Besides, the drilling area is already fixed with developer tiles which we do not have plan to replace it. This is just unbelievable.
They even simply covered up the drilling holes as shown in pictures with one of it didn't even cover back.
Currently, they mentioned that they will send someone to check and let's see what they propose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We specifically mentioned before engaging Skill Termite Exterminator that we had a lizard issue. They acknowledged and sent over someone to do general pest control and help with the lizard issue. A few days after the service was rendered, we still saw adult and baby lizards throughout the house and we called to let them know.
Their feedback was that their chemicals are not very strong for lizards and it may help for about a two week period. That is really ridiculous feedback. Anyhow, they offered no resolution, but they did offer a refund of RM50 to placate us. It's not about the money, but the service and delivering on what we informed them about right at the start.
