-Designer was pushing all the responsible to his partner party
-Speak Loud and bad attitude toward customer
-Never put customer idea and concern at the first place
-Already discuss the cabinet layout at the beginner, but the finished cabinet totally not look like what have be discuss and also he ignore the mistake make and pretend like nothing, only when customer raise up the problem he only take action.
-Promised work always be delay and always promise the thing which cannot be complete at the end
-Promised thing always be miss out from his work(example Cabinet to be designer and discuss but he still can make mistake on the design)
-After final payment the warrenty period also ignore customer for defect on work.
