★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service.. I specifically requested for 7.30pm session which was confirmed and paid. On the day of tour, during afternoon only received a call informing the session has been changed to 9pm instead. I mentioned the schedule requested was 7.30pm and then after somewhile, the schedule was confirmed to be 7.30pm. Yet, upon Arrival at counter at 7pm, I was informed again that my schedule was changed to 8pm. A very rude Chinese guy said "I'm telling u right. 8pm we will call u. U go now also there won't be any fireflies".. A very bad ATTITUDE!! NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. IF CANT KEEP YOUR PROMISE, THEN DON'T GIVE ASSURITY TO UR CUSTOMER. DISAPPOINTED!! by 8pm when we was called, it started to rain and drizzle. they still continued the tour. booked for blue tears and fireflies session. brought to blue tears 1st whereby it was not visible due to the rain. waste of money!! after almost 20-30min. brought back to jetty and dropped other travellers because they didnt book for fireflies and waited there again for other peoples that booked for fireflies tour. waste of time again. by the time the tour started, its already past 9pm. stll drizzling and no much fireflies visible also. waste of money again. disappointed to the core. by the time arrival at jetty, its already 10pm and was shivering due to the cold weather and rain. all our dinner plan and bookings ruined due to their bad time management !!
