★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My office open on every Friday. But they presume that my office is close on friday and not attemping to deliver parcels to my office on Friday. Whenever my parcels reach Skynet Alor Setar branch on Friday Morning....... If you are not willing to work on Friday, better close on friday and work on Sunday...... Oh wait, you close on Sunday and half day on Saturday and DoNot Deliver parcels on Friday. So, 1 week only working 4.5 days? Very "GOOD" working culture.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minimum 4 days to receive delivered items from KL, very bad service. My office is opened at 8 am, at least 80 people in there, but the tracking result status wrote my office is closed when item arrived at 10 am. This is very ridicules.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Many days never arrive. Called and they just picked up and then just hung up. The people just plain rude when they speak and not helpful at all. When called again no people pick up the call. DO they even deserve any STAR?????? (Copy) no time to waste on you!!

i tried use their services on 11 nov 2017 delivery 2 items from overseas, until today 29 nov 2017 still no update at all. surprisingly, their office answer my call. i don't mind go collect mine items at their office as long my items is here. ~.~

Same address recipient both arrived on 20 May 202at hub but one delivered on 26th May one never delivered until today 1st June 2020.
Phone number forever ringing nobody pick up.
Customer service only know to answer not enough manpower.
Email only reply you with case number non responsive.
Super lousy service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just call Skynet branch Alor Setar five minutes ago, a young lady pick up my call, the way she spoke to me so manners and kind also willingly trying to solve my problem when my parcel attempt failed to deliver to my mum house. Then she said will try to adjust if the driver have a trip around that area if not then will deliver on Monday, I forgot to ask her name but still I just pray the best for her and may God ease everyhing in her life because she ease other people life ???
