★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver did not come to house/did not call our phone but they put status as owner not at home and want us to collect the parcel at the store. Went to store later than they say the parcel si with the driver. Ask them to send the parcel to house but they don't. Gave 3 phone numbers but not responding to any of it. Very bad service.
