very problematic. The goods haven't arrived in a week. The manager here needs to do something. This pound is forced for 1 star.

Kol xangkat susah sangat nk dpt kol asyik kena tunggu ja.. dh komplen pn masih xsampai2 lg seller kol untuk tlg urus brg saya pun 2 minggu tggu skynet ckp nk kol bg tahu langsung xde kol menipu ja keja baik tutup ja lah nyusahkan org ja!! Siap suruh datang ambik kt hub baik xpayah guna khidmat kurier kalau nk suruh ambik sndri ???

โ โ โ โ โ I think this is one of the worst branch for skynet there is no one to even pick a call from 2 days we are calling and no one is attending...irresponsible ppl and irresponsible service..

โ โ โ โ โ 1) System shows delivered with POD at 11.30pm but I didn't receive any parcel or call or text from this parcel,can you imagine that?
2) Call multiple times in a day but no answer!!!
