β β β β β Worst service..bought things from Korea few times and they using skynet as courier..every single time, i need to go and pick up my own parcel..if not, even after 3 days still not deliver. every time call, keep telling me 'harini tak masuk kawasan tu/driver takde harini"..

β β β β β Very very poor service. My items were directly send from India where they chose skynet. My items reached the hub on 12th Oct n they only mentioned that they are unable to locate my address. On 24th Oct I received a call saying that I'll get my items the next day, which I didn't.. I called many times, n after long waiting calls, I were told that my items are still in the office. I had to personally go and pick up them. Hate their service

β β β β β Went to SKYNET OFFICE at S2 because the claim have delivered my Parcel.When i did not .Ask proff of delivery they dont have. But after I showed my Police report suddenly they have my Parcel. Very bad service ?.

β β β β β Worst experience. Already more than one week, did not get courier yet. They keep giving excuses that shortage of manpower. The reason not acceptable. Actually, we pay more to get / send things as soon as possible. But they charge us more money, but get the things very late. Not recommended courier service. Pls dont do it to other customer. Really disappointed.
