โ โ โ โ โ Definitely worst carrier, missed delivery and come to collect myself, was told my parcel might be in another branch (without checking, just straight told me that), but the address on the slip is this branch. No customer at all that time and not bother to check if parcel is in there, just throw 2 numbers ask me to call... don't work as customer service if u don't want to... Bad!

โ โ โ โ โ This is my 2nd time with this courier after a bad service at Ninja Van.The receptionist is very polite and answers all my questions when i call or go to the office.Thumbs up Adik.Plz keep up ur good job.My parcel arrived at the destination in 36hrs in a good condition!Posting the proof of pic?!Thank you Skynet!

โ โ โ โ โ Service sucks. Calling many times don't want to answer for pick up request. and always forget to inform the rider. Wont blame the riders. but the admins and receptionist inside seriously sucks. Answered the call one time not talking to us , but can clearly hear talking to someone else in the phone other side on what they are going to eat for lunch. please la improve your service.
