★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ticketing system is horrible. After purchasing online to try to skip the queue, u need to then redeem the ticket which takes much longer than if u were to self purchase the ticket. Totally horrible system!!!! This is a theme park!! Customers wasted HOURS QUEUEING to redeem Purchased ticket rather than rides!!! Such an embarrassment to the system.. Glamorous deco. But useless and 3rd world system

No signage at the entrance to show operation hours. Many people started to queue around 10am, only to realise the park opens at 12 noon.
The process to buy tickets very stressful. Ticket machines not working, very limited ticket counters. So, the queue was long.
Not all rides open at the same time. Some family rides open only at 3pm.
Bumper car ride cost RM10 for around 1 min only.
No priority for elderies or pregnant ladies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The environment is great.. but at this moment, limited ride are opens. The ride opened based on schedule. Next more ride open at 1500
Try to buy at counter. My bad bought online but cannot ride due to the height & so on.
Just refer to height to decide which ride you can play.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compare to the opening time a few years ago, more rides are open now. I give 4 star for the nice interior especially lighting, fun games and so on. But this indoor theme park loses 1 star because of amusement park worker. From my observation, I found hardly to recognize them as they wear black jacket with small logo printed on chest. A few of them I found not happy with their job, they shown unhappy character.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place good for those who are interested in reviving their memories by going on arcade rides or for those who want to entertain their children. However, the way you reach at this place could be a bit frustrated. First, is using a gondola from bus station in genting or second way is using road. However, if you use and enter the building, you might find difficulty as the signboards in this building are mostly Chinese. But, people are still cooperating enough to guide you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think indoor is still better than outdoor. At least, they don't charge entrance fee. Pay-per- ride for 1 person. A lot of neon lights installed, very beautiful and bright...sometimes feel dizzy for seniors with loud noise everywhere. Before, more benches and seats than now, very unfriendly to seniors unless, you sit nearby cafes and restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fun place for children, parents and family. Great leisure place for family. Most of the time queue is not that long. Dont come too early. Open only from 2pm-9pm. Ticket can purchase directly on the ticketing counter. Now skyworld theme park is open, can consider buy hotel package with indoor & outdoor park, will be slightly cheaper.
