The sales staff then proceeds to be an arrogant and outstandingly rude on the phone, in the middle of my working day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. Booked but loan not approved. Have to wait for refund for almost 2 and a half month. Earlier this month (October), salesperson said that refund will be made in the middle of the month. Now it's already middle of the month, then she said have to wait for the refund to be transferred within 7 working days. Have to wait again. What kind of procedure is this?? When you said it's gonna be middle of the month, you should have made the transfer earlier not later. So unprofessional and totally not recommended at all ??
