โ โ โ โ โ Order barang, whatsapp personal dengan staff dia nama Rabbi/Arif.. Dah bayar and postage semua, barang sampai umah.. Pecah, sebab dia tak balut item kaca, ceramics dan yg mudah pecah ini dengan bubble wrap.. Bila contact balik buat taktahu.. Call tak angkat, whatsapp tak reply.. Memang kurang hajar
Order goods, personal whatsapp with staff named Rabbi / Arif .. Already paid and postage all, goods up to the house .. Broken, because he did not wrap this glass item, ceramics and easily broken with bubble wrap .. When contacting back do not know .. Call did not pick up, whatsapp did not reply .. It is not fair

โ โ โ โ โ setiap tahun beli barang kat sini utk jual kat bazar. sekali beli 4 5 ribu. walaupun tak banyak macam seller lain. layanan hampeh betul.. whatsapp berkali bukan nak balas, bila kita tekan sikit baru balas.. janji nak pos esok. kita duk tunggu2 barang sampai. sepatutnya dah sampai. tanya bila pos x balas2..bila duk tekan2 baru bgtau baru ari ni nak pos. x kisah la nk pos lambat pun. asalkan bgtau betul2 dan balas dan whatsapp org. jgn tinggal bluetick je.. kita beli bukan minta free.. Bos sl. metali tlg pantau anak buah buat kerja. Kalo macam ni gaya cara layan customer, x sanggup aku nak beli lagi..
every year buy goods here to sell at the bazaar. once bought 4 5 thousand. although not many other sellers. hampeh service is correct .. whatsapp many times not to reply, when we press a little just reply .. promise to post tomorrow. We're waiting for the goods to arrive. It should have arrived. ask if post x reply 2..when you press 2 new bgtau new ari ni want to post. x story la nk slow post though. as long as bgtau betul2 and reply and whatsapp org. don't stay bluetick je .. we buy not ask for free .. Boss sl. metal tlg monitor men for work. If this is the style of customer service, I can afford to buy again ..
