★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SL home was very irresponsible seller. As a online seller they don't even wrap the product properly. My khind socket was just wrapped with 1 layer of bubble wrap, and it is not even fully wrap, no need cut the wrapping also can open the box easily. The box was delivered dented.
Further more, this package was totally no movement from 6 Feb 2021 to 16 Feb 2021. Who knows what happened to this parcel during delivery.
I try the socket and can function. But still very worried if the product wired already loose inside. This is electrical items. Worry will get shocked or explode when charging phone also when it was delivered in such shabby condition.
When I raise my concern to seller, he just said they won't responsible for delivery company problem. But Halo, your shop only can choose Jxx, one company only.
Seller not allow to return and refund. Said not their fault.
So is my fault? For buying this product and pay money to SL home?
Seriously this kind of seller is really irresponsible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor shopping experience and customer service. Placed an order for a fridge and waited 3 weeks for it to arrive. After chasing numerous times, they said that the fridge is out of stock and refunded me the money. Please go somewhere else to get your home goods.
