β β β β β Used them for full customisable wardrobe twice. And unfortunately twice is unsatisfactory, the saying "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me". Price are okay, sales person is ok too. But workmanship, final outcome and installer/contractor attitude below par.

β β β β β Recently, i just bought a unit from Ohako, Puchong.
There is a defect for my kitchen table top. I reported this to them as they are the sub-con and request them to replace new for me. Before it being replace i have discuss with them that i plan to renovate the kitchen cabinet because the given cabinet is very bad as attached. They agreed with that after few times confirmation with them verbal and inverbal communication. So, the table has been removed on Dec 2019 and my new kitchen cabinet is completed on Feb 2020. Then i contacted them to replace the solid surface as promised. However, they said they cant replace for me because i have changed my cabinet. If i knew that it wil not be replaced, i would not changed my kitchen cabinet. I tried to discuss this matter with them few times and being ignored for 1 month. Nothing i can do for now. So im writing this review. Just be careful when dealing with this dishonest staff Mr Leong (010***3266) who handle my issue. Please be responsible in future!

β β β β β Bad installer service.
The installer came to install kitchen cabinets and one of them came in and went upstairs without asking permission..He did not ask where the kitchen is as there was someone downstairs that can assit him.
They did a bad job at installing the kitchen cabinet as some of the drawers cant be open properly and the doors arent aligned. So they came again to fix the problems but this time,, they did not bring their ladder so they used our chair as the ladder. If they asked, we couldve given our ladder. Even after fixing, one of the drawers cannot be open unless we use force. We are tired of complaining.
