★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clothes didn't come out of the washing machine smelling clean. Just smelled wet. Even worse that you can't just add extra time at the end of the drying cycle. I have to pay for a another full 24 minutes even though I don't need a full cycle extra. Oh and make sure you bring your own detergent. Spent over an hour here washing and drying my clothes for them to come out not smelling clean at all. Waste of time and money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my 1st time using self service dobi. I didnt know where to start & mistakenly insert money into the card reload machine. I called the owner and she responded attentively. She guided me what to do and assist me until i finish drying my clothes. Thanks to the owner! U gave me a good 1st time experience. will surely come again whenever i return to Melaka ? the shop is also super clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i love to visit this shop as it has fragrance sanitizer and softener provided other than detergent! it's all free! The dryer is with high temperature is efficient to dry up all laundry one shot! Well Done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though it's a bit pricey for their service charges, nevertheless everything is really good here, especially their washers' hygiene management. No extra detergent needed to be brought there, as everything is well-set accordingly to the washers' loading capacities. Been using their services every week with ease of mind ?

Easy to find parking space.
The owner is very responsive and nice to talk to when I called to ask for direction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located among hotels around it. Visited the laundromat past midnight and noticed folks were coming in to do their laundry too. Took the 14kg machine 2 to wash my laundry. Laundromat has good upbeat pop music though I have no idea how to connect to the free wifi. The lights and fans are switched on via automatic sensor. This is good as I have encountered laundromats where you need to manually switch on fans and lights every 10mins.
Malaysians can use their national kad to apply for membership card which comes with benefits.
