My car was still a bit dirty on some edges but I expected it as its machines, not humans washing my car. I would give it a 5 for it being quick in service, 90% cleaning of the car and easy to understand from the workers instructions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t usually do this to any business as everyone are in a pandemic now. But this, it’s the worst car wash experience I have ever had. Opted for Norma wash and vacuum. The workers kept hard selling car polish which is about RM200, which is not a small amount of money. They kept pushing even after I told them no as my car is still in a very good condition in and out. End of the day, since I rejected the polish offer, they did not even vacuum nor wiped the body of the car properly. I had to ask them numerous times to wipe certain parts and I had to also wipe them myself once I was home after that. Not worth my money and time at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polish body and remove watermark windshield, after polish got scratch mark at car windshield. Bad service, sorry. Poor quality service. Becarefull before accept to polish car bodypaint or remove watermark. Take picture of your car if anything happen after they polish your car.
