Careline people and sales are very bad in their product knowledge. Gave wrong product information and deny everything when cannot meet initial demonstration. Machine indicated Temperature and what came out from that machine was not even close. Totally different!! Demonstration at fair and usage at home is totally different. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 25 jul 2020 (at least 6 months after i purchased the product): Alex, who is the manager, called me with the following main details: 1) They had checked with the factory 1 month ago and they finally understood the right instructions to operate the dispenser that i bought. 2) Mentioned that the steps i took initially to operate the dispenser was incorrect, of which these steps were the same as what the sales people at fair, in-house engineer, and Alex himself took previously (with all the photos, videos, instructions given over whatsapp and temperature testing during house visits) 3) admitted that their front line sales people have inadequate product knowledge, given that the product is new. 4) reiterated that the product did not malfunction and the product operates correctly as what it is made to be. 5) And Alex, himself said that he will always have the most product knowledge, so if there's any queries, ask him. What i gathered from this information is that: 1) Customers who bought around the same period as me up to 1 month ago, may have product misconceptions and incorrect expectations due to lack of appropriate product knowledge at that time, leading to incorrect demonstration and instructions. 2) After-sales service is better than i expected. I didn't expect them to reply after all the embarrassment they made even though their answer came at least 6 months, maybe due to MCO, after i bought the product. Nevertheless, Alex actions on 25 jul 2020 showed that smartnano will try their very best to look for solutions to resolve all our concerns. 3) For potential customers or those who wish to buy their product, please do not trust their front line staff or their demonstration completely. Call Alex first at careline service to confirm the product is in line with your expectations before buying. Do remember to ask them to write the specific functions/details down on the invoice to confirm the product functions as what you expected. Product Review: While the product i bought did not function the way i expected, the product has its plus points and SmartNano dispenser has played an important part in our family. 1) It did brought convenience to my family in terms of the hot water and the additional portable tap (for cooking and cleaning veg, etc) 2) Now, we could enjoy clean water from the portable tap (with good water pressure) instead of tap water, and hot water for our coffee and tea instantly. No need electric kettle anymore. 3) We also need not worry about drinking water whenever our tap water turned brownish. 4) Most importantly, the filters connecting to the dispensers and the portable tap are working tremendously well. The filters really work the same as what they claimed. 5) Price wise: better than most of the big brands out there. Value for money. What more can we ask for? :) Thanks Smartnano.

Really had bad experience with the smartnano management style. I would like to give no star for this if possible. Had contacted the salesperson to arrange for installation for THREE times but not able to complete the task. Each time before the installation date, the smartnano staff will mentioned is a confirmed date and the following day, no technician will come to house to install. Very poor coordination and messy. Furthermore, the workers who installed the machine so rough and drill until part the wall cement fall off and NEVER patch up the hole. Would suggest all to think twice before purchase from them. Product may be good but the coordination is sucks.

Recently went to Bukit Jalil Home expo and we. Met Mr Jet in Smartnano Marketing Booth. A very knowledgeable sales person and I feel he is an asset to the company. To comment on their service, they was very fast and gave us an efficient service. Within 2 hours plus they install my outdoor and indoor filter. Clean and quality job. Sales person was checking with us time to time till end of the installation process. Looking forward for more effective after sales service too.

Great product description by Alex, Purchase on Monday and arrange for installation On Wednesday. The installation is very tough since We have a very old model water filter outside which is embedded to the flooring tiles. The installation take the effort to discuss with solution with minimal damage and successfully install it in few hours.

Good water filter both indoor and outdoor. The company very responsive to customers opinion and deliver a good sales service. The POU filtration with alkaline water is great, matching quality to some very expensive alkaline machine in the market. The best is the package comes with a great price, aesthetically designed product with a sleek glass touch screen, parts and body imported from Korea. Meanwhile the outdoor unit installation also comes with water tank cleaning to ensure that you get really clean water after filter. What's is the point of having the filter at POE when the tank is still dirty ? Very highly recommended. I have decided to only share this after about a week of trying out the machine to make sure I give a fair review. I was too initially skeptical of the water quality, to my great joy, it performs really well. Good job!!

Although there is some miscommunications with the installation appointment,but they ensure the installation is well done.

I bought smartnano water filter and water dispenser from Alex. The service is good. However, the water didpenser, after more than 2 years cannot produce hot water. His staff who came to service told us that the hot unit was spoilt and took the machine back to repair. He however left behind the 4 new filters so that we could still use clean treated water. The dispenser was returned after about 2 weeks later. The repair cost is only rm150 plus rm400 for the new filters.

I'm so happy with the after Sales service rendered by Smartnano lately. I have a water ? dispenser that required to service and repair and Alex has try his level best to fulfilled me what I have requested. After fixing my water dispenser and now works like brand new set. I will continue to support Smartnano. Keep up the good work and I have full confidence on Smartnano ?? ?? ?? ?? ??
