★ ★ ★ ★ ★ snack boy just opened in R&F mall and the staff working there or not sure if she is the boss has the worst attitude ever. As you know R&F mall has residence unit upstairs and with a very low traffic. As mostly the stores in R&F mall offer discount to residence as a goodwill or even to have a win-win situation given the low traffic, it is just a usual question as residence upstairs to ask any discount given? guess what the answer from the staff there. “if you want discount we can always jack up our price and give discount, is that what you want”. well yes you can do so but is not the best way to sustain your business and as a newly open shop in R&F mall the attitude already like that I definitely would not recommend this shop. I myself is in retail line and I understand customer always ask for discount and definitely thats not the way in answering the customers if we want to build good reputation and relationship for return customers. hands down ? for this store.
